Welcome Referees

Welcome Referees to the Northshore Youth Soccer Association on 3/28/2024 at 1:35 pm. If you are looking to register a player or players, Click Here-> to register for the FALL 2020 season. This site is under changes to a referee only site. it will retain original information used by Admin and Coaches through the 2020 season while it goes through such changes. Please refer to NYSA-> for current information regarding NYSA Programs, Coaching, Registration, Calendar, Tournaments or other NYSA Fall 2020 Season. This site is brought to you through the efforts of all the volunteers that make up the NYSA. The purpose of this Association is exclusively charitable and educational and NYSA's objective is to teach, govern, and promote the game of soccer for youth players in our area.

If you have recently relocated to the area and are interested in participating within the NYSA program, we'd recommend you look over the public Information we have available on our Site.

Our Premier and Select Programs

Sound Football Club-> is the sole premier soccer club chartered by Washington Youth Soccer to represent the South Snohomish County and Northshore Youth Soccer associations at the highest level of club play in Washington, the RCL (Regional Club League). This is the most advanced program within NYSA. Sound FC provides high-level professional coaching for players U9 to U19.

Northshore Select Club-> provides soccer programs to players U10 to U19 who are seeking a more competitive environment than Recreational soccer with less of a time commitment and lower cost than Premier soccer. NSC operates with licensed volunteer coaches and teams participate in the NPSL (North Puget Sound League).

New Rules NPSL/RCL U12s - please review Player Development Initiatives

New rules for NPSL/RCL U12 age group - they have updated their playing rules for the U12 age group to be included within the US Soccer Player Development Initiatives Policy. Please review the attached document for more information - all mod soccer within NPSL and RCL U8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 are using the same rule sets including Build Out Lines, No Intentional Heading and No Punting from the keeper.
